We prioritise the safety and well-being of individuals, families, and communities in everything we do.
We believe that knowledge is the foundation of empowerment. We are committed to providing accurate, practical, and accessible information to help individuals make informed decisions about their safety.

We aim to make a positive social impact by contributing to a world where safety is a shared value. Through our initiatives, we seek to improve the safety and well-being of communities globally. One of which is “Trash Right” campaign, aimed at educating people on the need to avoid throwing things on the floor, streets, drainages, but only use nearest trashcans available.

Chioma Inyama is an occupational health and safety professional with vast experience across the construction and oil and gas industries. With her first degree in electrical engineering from University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN) and an MBA in Sustainability from Nexford University, she possesses a passion for impact in the public safety sector. Her work spans creating safety awareness for youths, from home to road safety, to energy efficiency, fire safety, etc, and providing adequate training and supply of equipment. She is the founder of SafelyAbout (public safety social business) and Safe Seconds (sales and production services). With over 7 years of experience, having worked in the construction industry as a health and safety engineer before moving to the natural gas and energy sector in the same capacity, her strengths lie in occupational health and safety, risk assessment and management, sustainability/ESG and energy transition, and enabling other sustainable solutions. With her background across board, she started SafelyAbout to create and improve public safety awareness among young people. In her words, “Typically, organizations and multinationals have a proper health and safety structure because they understand what’s at risk, but the regular individual leave their safety to chance. It’s either “God forbid it’s not my portion” or “Insha Allah I can’t be a victim”, but every other week there’s a reported fire incident in one house or the other, there are road accidents that could have been avoided that led to people’s deaths and there’s a small cut that first aid would have saved but no one knew what to do.” This is the mindset we are working to change and our defining WHY.
